Our Triune God

This Sunday May 31st Trinity Sunday the sermon title is Google Got It Wrong. The scripture is John 14:1-5.

The sermon will address the issue that we all know where we are going in our faith walk—but we do not always know how to get there.

Trinity Sunday is dedicated to honoring the foundational Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity.

We proclaim the mystery of our faith; God in three persons the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Looking forward to seeing all of you this Sunday.

Blessings to all.

Where’s the Fire

On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit.

This Sunday May 24th Pentecost Sunday the sermon title is Your Hair Is On Fire! The scripture is Acts 2:1-4.

Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ.

Pentecost used to be the primary feast in the ancient and medieval church.

Today, it is simply little more than an ordinary Sunday with perhaps some special decoration on the altar.

Looking forward to seeing all of you on Sunday.

Blessings to all.
